Kat Maconie
Kat Maconie, the unique designer footwear brand started out in July 2009 after Kat had worked for many luxury British fashion design and buying teams. Studying shoe design at the London College of Fashion, her designs are stocked in leading fashion boutiques in the UK and globally.
Her designs are a fusion of fashion and function, creating a new take on designer shoes. Her inspiration derives from trims found in British antique shops to vintage markets and this has produced her Kat Maconie signature gold screw feature and luxury padded insoles. Her shoes have had plenty publicity; featuring in Elle magazine, worn in Felder Felder’s SS12 runway collection and popular with celebrities Pixie Lott and Jessie J at the 2012 Jubilee concert.
