OUR STORE HAS REOPENED ON 15th JUNE!

We couldn’t be more excited to tell you that we have reopened Katie & Jo on the 15th of June and can not wait to show you lots of our new summer arrivals and also to see all our lovely customers back in the shop.

To ensure the safety and well being of our customers and staff, we will be implementing some new cleaning and safety measures in-store. Details of these can be found below.

OPENING HOURS 

The shop will be open:

Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm

Saturday 10am - 6pm 

Sunday 11am - 5pm
We are also offering a limited amount of personal appointments to have the store to yourself, these 20 minute time slots will be available: Monday to Friday from 9am until 10am and 5pm until 6pm.

SOCIAL DISTANCING INSTORE 

We recognise that the safety and well being of our customers and staff is vital and therefore we will be only allowing a maximum of four people in the store at any one time, to ensure that we are following government guidelines and making sure we can maintain the highest level of customer service. 

We will be adapting as time goes on to the new protocols and will let you know when we can relax this a little more.

There will be no more than two members of staff in the store. 
We will have two till points so as to stop any queuing at the till. 

CLEANING
Throughout the day, we will be cleaning the store, with special attention to high touch areas. 

TRYING ON CLOTHES
Where possible, we ask that you avoid trying on clothes in store and we will now be offering a full refund period on fully priced items of 14 days.  If items are brought back or tried on then we will be steaming these items, or for the shoes and accessories we will be wiping them with anti-bacterial spray. Sale items will be final sale and you will not be able to return these.

RETURNS
We will keep returned items aside rather than putting them straight back on display and . We have changed our return policy so that you will be able to return fully priced items and get a full refund within 14 days. Sale items will be final sale and you will not be able to return these.

CLICK AND COLLECT

Our click and collect service will resume from the 15th June 2020.
